My last trip to Vietnam included a stop off in Da Nang where we went to Montogomerie Links for 18 holes, then back to our five star resort for unlimited spa treatments. Each evening we would travel into Hoi An just 10 minutes down the road for excellent meals in the local restaurants lining the lantern lit river. There are so many to pick from that you could eat in a different restaurant every night for a couple of weeks. Hoi An is also the place to get all your tailor made clothes. Just get your measurements in before golf and pick up the next day.
